Before you start

  1. Slice with the built-in Prusa Mini profile; do not guess settings.

Workflow

  1. Export STL/3MF from your CAD tool.
  2. Slice in PrusaSlicer with the Mini profile and correct filament type.
  3. USB stick into the printer, select the file, watch the first layer complete before leaving.
  4. Remove the print when the bed cools; flex the sheet, do not pry with tools.

Troubleshooting

First layer not sticking Clean sheet with IPA, re-run calibration
Stringing Correct filament profile, dry the filament
Clicking extruder Check nozzle clog, filament tangle on spool
